Complaints and dispute resolution
If something went wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right.
1. Complain to us first
Write to support@sunsigil.dev and tell us what happened, with your account email or character name and, for a purchase, the order or payment reference. For anything about your personal data write to privacy@sunsigil.dev. For a suspension, appeal in the game or at elunor.sunsigil.dev/appeal" rel="noopener">https://elunor.sunsigil.dev/appeal">elunor.sunsigil.dev/appeal. We answer in English. The page on Community rules says how reports and decisions about content are handled, and the page on Refunds and withdrawal how refunds work.
2. Out-of-court dispute resolution
We do not currently take part in a consumer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, and we are not obliged to. We are willing to consider one if a dispute cannot be settled between us. The EU's online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025, so there is no link to it here. If you live in the EU, you can bring your complaint to the consumer authority or consumer centre of your country, or to the European Consumer Centre network. If you live in the UK, Citizens Advice gives free consumer advice, and you can ask a court or ADR provider to look at the matter.
For decisions about content or your account, the EU Digital Services Act also lets you choose a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Article 21); we will take part in good faith if you do.
3. Courts and your rights
You do not give up any right by using this page. As the Terms say, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
4. Data protection
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or to your national data protection authority (EU); see the Privacy Policy, section 8.
