Accessibility statement

SunSigil.dev and Elunor - Version 1.1 - Effective 20 October 2026

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website and play Elunor. This statement says how accessible they are today, what is not yet, and how to tell us about a problem. It is written with the EU's accessibility requirements for online shops and services (European Accessibility Act) and the UK Equality Act 2010 in mind. It was prepared on 20 October 2026 and is a self-assessment: no outside body has audited it. We aim for WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA on the website, and do not yet meet it in full. Small businesses may be exempt from some of the European Accessibility Act's service requirements; we have not relied on that and work towards them anyway.

1. The website

On sunsigil.dev and account.sunsigil.dev we have built the pages with ordinary headings, links, buttons and form labels, and tried to keep them usable by keyboard and on a phone. There is a light and a dark theme, which follow your device's setting or the sun / moon button. The cookie notice and its settings can be used by keyboard. Pages use our own fonts and load nothing from other companies.

We have not had the website tested by an independent accessibility auditor and we do not claim that it meets the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard in full.

2. The game

Elunor is a 3D game whose menus and text are drawn by the game itself, not by the browser or the operating system. Be aware of these known limits:

  • The game does not work with screen readers; its menus and text are not exposed to them.
  • Much of the game is played by sight: the world, signs and prompts are visual, and some information is shown only in colour or on screen.
  • Proximity voice chat is optional. The game can be played without it.
  • Playing needs a mouse and keyboard, a touch screen or a controller; we do not offer other ways to control it.

We are working to improve the game, and listen to what people tell us. We cannot yet promise dates.

3. Known issues

What is not yet fixed on the website and account page, as of 20 October 2026:

  • We have not tested with screen readers, speech control or screen magnifiers on every page; problems may remain that we have not found.
  • Some text and controls in the account page's provider buttons and small status labels may be below the contrast we aim for.
  • Error messages on forms are read out and linked to the field, but we have not yet tested every error path.
  • Text can be enlarged with the browser's zoom; we have checked down to a 320 pixel width, but not every page at 400% zoom.
  • The game itself has the limits in section 2 and is not covered by the website checks.

4. Tell us about a problem

If you cannot use something, or need information in a different form, write to support@sunsigil.dev with what you were trying to do, the device and browser, and what stopped you. We read every message and aim to reply within 14 days to tell you what we can do. You can also use this address to ask for help with an account or a purchase if the page is not usable for you.

5. If you are not satisfied

You can complain to the body that enforces accessibility rules in your country. In the UK that is the Equality Advisory and Support Service (equalityadvisoryservice.com); in the EU it is the national authority your Member State has named to enforce the European Accessibility Act (your consumer authority can point you to it). Our Complaints page explains how to complain to us first.
