Refunds and right of withdrawal

Elunor - Version 1.0 - Effective 20 October 2026

This page explains your right to cancel a purchase and when you can get your money back. It applies to credits bought for Elunor. It sits on top of the legal rights you have as a consumer in the UK or the EU; nothing here takes those away.

1. What you buy

Elunor itself is free to play. The only thing sold for real money is credits, a virtual currency that is added to your account the moment the payment succeeds. Credits are digital content that is supplied at once. What credits can buy in the game is on our Virtual items and credits page.

2. Your 14-day right to cancel, and when it ends

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made at a distance without giving a reason. For digital content that is supplied immediately, the right ends once supply has started if, before you pay, you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel. The shop asks you exactly that, before every purchase of credits, and shows this text:

"Your credits are added at once. By continuing you agree to that and lose your 14-day right to cancel."

You can decline; then nothing is bought and you keep your right. If you continue, your credits are delivered at once and the right to cancel that purchase is lost. After the purchase we confirm your consent and acknowledgement, and the purchase, in writing on a durable medium (an email receipt or a receipt from the payment provider, or in your account), so that you have a record of it.

Players under 18 may buy credits only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. When you can still get a refund

Losing the right to cancel does not remove your other rights. You can ask for a repair, a replacement or a refund if:

  • the credits you paid for were not added to your account;
  • they were added but something we sold does not work, or is not as we described it;
  • you were charged more than once for one purchase, or someone used your payment method without your permission;
  • we change the game in a way that substantially harms your use of something you paid for (see Terms, section 7), or we end the game (Terms, section 8).

4. How to ask

Write to support@sunsigil.dev from the email address of your SunSigil account, if you have one, and tell us what you bought, when, and the order or payment reference from your receipt. You do not need a special form. If you bought through Google Play, you can also use Google Play's own refund request; those purchases are covered by Google Play's refund policy as well. If we agree, we refund to the payment method you used, without undue delay and without a fee.

5. After a refund

When a purchase is refunded or reversed (a chargeback), we may take back the credits from it and what they bought, as the Terms (section 4) allow.

6. Unused credits when the game ends

If you withdraw or delete your account, or we end the game as a whole, the unused paid credits you hold are refunded in proportion to what you paid (Terms, section 8). If we close an account for a breach of the rules, the Terms (section 8) say what happens to its credits.
